About us
A builder founded on one idea: the industry needed a genuine quality builder.
Established in Stockport in 2000, E.P. Muldoon has grown into one of the most decorated domestic builders in the North West, without losing the close team and personal service it started with.
Twenty-five years of doing it properly.
We were founded in 2000 when, after years of working for other local builders, Eddie recognised a shortage in the industry: a genuine quality builder. We've since become an established local firm, known for a very high standard of work and an equally high standard of service, both during and after the project.
Focusing on the long term has given us the experience to deliver the project you want, to the highest standards. Our four areas of work are extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions and new builds.
We take pride in delivering a high-quality result that enhances your home, keeping disruption to a minimum and providing first-class service. Our success comes down to consistently high standards of work and a complete dedication to leaving every client delighted.

Our approach
Cost, quality and time.
Cost
A line-by-line quote you can follow, with every change priced and agreed in writing before the work goes ahead. No surprises on the final invoice.
Quality
Our own long-serving team, led on site by a foreman who has been with us since 2003. Award-winning work that still looks right years later.
Time
A programme agreed before we start and updated as we go. Tented scaffolds on lofts so the North West weather doesn't decide the finish date.
We are extremely happy with the finished project and the quality is exactly what we wanted. E.P. Muldoon’s were not the cheapest quote, but based on the quality finish we wanted it was competitive. This has proved to be the case. We have already recommended Muldoon to two of our friends for their house renovations.
