One-off houses built from your architect's drawings, or taken from first sketch to handover as design and build.
Our largest project to date was a 500 m² bespoke home, completed in 2014 and featured in The Parliamentary Review. It needed a full ecological survey and a build sympathetic to the surrounding ecology, and that's the kind of care we bring to every new home.
We'll advise on buildability and cost as the design develops, so the house you've drawn is the house you can afford to build.
Common questions
Do you offer design and build?
Yes. We prefer it where possible because it lets us control cost, quality and time from day one, but we're equally happy to build to completed designs.
