Refurbishments

Whole-house renovations

Rewire, replumb, new heating, new layout: the whole house brought up to date in one managed programme.

Whole-house renovations

A whole-house renovation is the most disruptive project there is, so it pays to do it once and do it properly. We plan the full sequence, from strip-out and structure through first fix and plastering to second fix and decoration, so every trade arrives at the right moment.

Many of our clients move out for the main works. Where that's the case we push the programme hard to get you back in on time, as we did on our Bramhall remodel before Christmas.

Common questions

Should we move out?

For a full rewire, replumb and remodel, usually yes. It's safer and quicker. For phased work we can keep part of the house liveable.

A call with Eddie or Paul costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right builder for your project.
