Bramhall remodel & extension
Bramhall, Stockport · 2019
A tired brick bungalow transformed: full internal remodel, rear and side extensions, new render and a new roof. We got the family home before Christmas.
The clients bought the property in 2017 and lived there for six months before deciding how best to use the space they had. They engaged an architect up to building regulations, we priced the project, and works began in 2019.
The scope was a full internal remodel plus rear and side extensions. The existing masonry was rendered and the existing roof retiled, so a 1970s brick bungalow became a crisp white contemporary home arranged around a sheltered courtyard.
The clients moved out for the build, so we made the most of the empty house and pushed hard to get them back in before the Christmas break. We did.

We are extremely happy with the finished project and the quality is exactly what we wanted. E.P. Muldoon’s were not the cheapest quote, but based on the quality finish we wanted it was competitive. This has proved to be the case. We have already recommended Muldoon to two of our friends for their house renovations.
